Whether you want to do both lips, just the bottom lip, or the middle of the top lip, you can plump wherever you and the doctor/nurse decide during your consultation what will best complement the rest of your facial features.

Lip fillers are commonly referred to as lip enhancement or lip augmentation. As we age, our lips start to get thinner and lose their definition.

A more defined lip line or fuller lips can be achieved by using hyaluronic acid based Lip Fillers to give you the lip line and shape you desire.

Lip filler adds volume to the skin. Your nurse/doctor will inject small amounts of filler directly into the lip or lip line which adds volume and fullness.

You can choose to have your lips numbed beforehand with a topical anaesthetic.

The procedure takes about 15 to 20 minutes in total, and the numbing will start to wear off after about 15 minutes.

You can go about your everyday activities afterwards but shouldn’t make any big plans (like a wedding or an important event) for at least three days in case you bruise.

HA fillers last about four to six months. But if your body is on the thinner side, you’ll metabolise the formula faster and the injections won’t last as long.

You can completely erase HA fillers if you don’t like how your lips turn out for whatever reason.
Because HA is not permanent, your Doctor can inject an eraser enzyme called hyaluronidase.
